Click N Win Contest Rules

KFFX FOX 11 "Click N Win" Contest is a monthly on-line contest where participants complete an on-line survey in order to enter the contest. If participant does not wish to fill out on-line survey they may mail in a postcard to KFFX FOX 11, 2509 W. Falls Ave. Kennewick, WA 99336. One postcard per person, per promotion allowed.

1. Each participant will qualify for a chance to win an instant prize. During months where a grand prize is offered, in addition to an instant prize, each participant will qualify for a chance to win the grand prize, which will be given away at the end of every calendar month. One grand prize winner will be randomly selected at the conclusion of each calendar month that a grand prize is offered.
   
2. Grand Prize for September 2009 Winner receives a two night stay for two people, $100 dining certificate and two rounds of golf for two. Value of prize is $750.00 Ground transportation is not provided. Prize value not good for cash, vouchers are non refundable or non transferable.
   
3. When applicable, Ten (10) participants will be randomly selected as "instant winners.". These winners will be notified of their win upon completion of their survey via a website pop up message. Each instant winner will be randomly selected. All contest participants will be eligible to win the grand prize during months in which a grand prize is offered.
4. To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:

Players must provide their name, phone number and valid email address.
Players must be at least 18 years old.
All contestants must be residents of the State of Washington or the State of Idaho.
Players must hold a valid driver�s license issued by the State of Washington or the State of Idaho .
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Limit one qualifier/player per household within thirty (30) days of the start of each contest.
No purchase necessary. Contests are subject to federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
All entrants must have an e-mail account.
Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
KFFX FOX 11 will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
Winner name, voice, and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation.
By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license, and other fees that may apply.

5. All entries become property of KFFX FOX 11and will not be returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render entrants ineligible.
6. Viewers understand that if they enter any KFFX FOX 11(mail-in, web site or on-air) they may be contacted by KFFX FOX 11and videotaped for on-the-air use on Fox 11 KFFX-TV. Viewers further understand that permission to use their voice, likeness and/or name is granted by entering to win or calling-in to win any contest on KFFX FOX 11 Each winner further grants FKKX FOX 11, its sponsors and affiliates full permission and authority to use their name, likeness and/or voice in all forms of advertising without further compensation or permission.
7. Any viewer requesting contest rules or a list of winner names must send a self-addressed envelope with a request for contest rules or winner names to: KFFX FOX 11, 2509 W. Falls Ave. Kennewick, WA 99336
8. KFFX FOX 11is not responsible if a contest sponsor pulls out of a contest for reasons beyond KFFX FOX 11control. KFFX FOX 11is not responsible for continuing the contest and may substitute prizes to fulfill obligations.
9. Each winner of a prize will need to come to KFFX FOX 11, 2509 W. Falls Ave. Kennewick, WA 99336 provide proof of identification (i.e.: valid Washington or Idaho State drivers license, picture identification card) AND a social security number before any prize is awarded. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for credit, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and are non-endorsable. In the event a substitution for a prize may become necessary due to unavailability or circumstances beyond KFFX FOX 11control, a reasonable prize will be substituted at the sole discretion of KFFX FOX 11and any/all contest sponsors. KFFX FOX 11is not responsible for replacing tickets from cancelled shows/events. All prizes must be picked up within two weeks of winning unless previous arrangements have been made with the KFFX FOX 11Promotions staff. If a prize is not picked up within two weeks, that prize is forfeited.
10. Winners not able to come to the KFFX FOX 11offices between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, may choose to have someone else pick up their prize. The winner will be faxed, mailed or e-mailed a copy of the 1099 Winner Release Form (& travel companion form if applicable) and a prize release form. The winner must fax or mail back both forms along with a copy of his/her drivers license and social security card before prize will be released to a third party. Alternatively, these forms can also be sent with the third party when they pick up the prizes. The third party must bring photo identification with him/her before the prize will be released to the third party. The winner (or winner�s guardian) agrees to pay all expenses, taxes & fees not included in the prize.
11. Employees of Fox 11 KFFX-TV and any other employee of affiliate stations, participating vendors, affiliates, their dependents and immediate families, as well as employees of contest sponsors, and employees of other television stations are not eligible to participate or win.


12. Participants waive any and all claims against KFFX FOX 11and the contest sponsors and their affiliated companies and employees for injuries, damages or losses related to the contest.
13. KFFX FOX 11reserves the right to change and/or amend the contest dates and rules at any time.
14. Final determination of all winners will be determined solely by Fox 11 KFFX-TV.
15. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which shall be final in all matters pertaining to the contest. The sponsor may deem an entrant ineligible to participate in a contest if the entrant disregards the official rules.
16. The sponsor, its officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost, or failed entries; (2) telephone, electronic, decoder, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (3) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the sponsor which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (4) any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, or from participation in the contest; (5) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion; or (6) use of person's name, likeness, or voice. The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or cancel the promotion should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the offering. The sponsor further reserves the right to create a database to utilize the name, street address and e-mail address of an entrant for marketing or other purposes. Entrants may opt out of this database unsubscribing via email or by calling or by mailing their request to Click N Win Contest, c/o Media Demographics, 4741 E Palm Canyon Drive Suite C150 Palm Springs, Ca. 92264. Washington law shall apply to this promotion. Any claims must be resolved in the State of Washington.

18. By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
